EXTREME BODYTONE-Full body workout with weights consisting of compound exercises and movements while also isolating specific muscle groups.   

TUESDAYS-12:00pm/SATURDAYS-8:30am


EXTREME UPPER BODY-Circuit style workout targeting all upper body muscles (chest, triceps, back, biceps and shoulders)            

TUESDAYS-5:45pm


EXTREME LOWER BODY-One hour of specific toning exercises targeting the glutes, legs, abdominals and core muscles.     

THURSDAYS-5:45pm                  


                                       

POWER HOUR-A combination of cardio and weights providing a full hour of conditioning, strength training, and exercises to increase power, speed, agility and coordination.                

THURSDAYS-12:00pm
