Doing 1000 situps a day will not burn ab fat. The ab muscles arent big enough to burn a lot of calories. You will just be able to do 1000 situps a day. To burn off that belly fat work your large muscle groups:
legs. glutes, back and chest. Work them hard. Also do high intensity interval training for your cardio at least 2 times a week and eat clean!!!!!
