What is personal training? Personal training places you with one of our highly qualified trainers to work with you individually or in small groups. This allows you an intensified workout routine tailored to your physiology or personal fitness goals. You may want to develop more muscle tone, increase your cardio to drop extra pounds or work on specific techniques in boxing, kickboxing, grappling or self-defense.
Once you have chosen a personal trainer, you stay with that trainer. We do not substitute or switch trainers on you unless you request a change. Each trainer’s goal is to help you achieve your main objective.
