Muay Thai/Judo Seminar-TBA
The Muay Thai/Judo seminar scheduled for Saturday, May 10t has been postponed due to the NAGA tournement which will be held on the same day. The seminar will be moved to either the 1st or 2nd week in June and will sill be hosetd by World Champion fighter, Sensei Richard Trammell. The date will be posted as soon as it is finalized. This will be a follow-up seminar from the first one that was held on March 1st. However, you may still attend this seminar if you were unable to make it to the first one. Please make sure you sign up as soon as possible as spots will be limited. Hope to see everyone there!

Muay Thai Seminar on March 1st, 2008
On Saturday, March 1st, KBX Gym hosted its first of a series of Muay Thai Boxing Seminars. The 3 hour introductory to Thai Boxing was a great success thanks to the instructor, world champion martial artist, Sensei Richard Trammell. Everyone enjoyed the tremendous learning experience and we will all be looking forward to the next seminar. Thanks again to Sensei Trammell for this great oppurtunity to learn from a master!
